SENIOR, JUNIOR, ADULT

Video auditions are due by Sunday, June 15 at 11:59 p.m.
- For your audition, please prepare one pop or musical theatre song that showcases your vocal and performance skills.
- You can choose to submit a verse and a chorus or a full song. Senior students and adult performers are encouraged to do a full song if they feel able.
- Choose a song that you feel confident singing – something that fits your voice and lets your personality shine. We’d much rather see you succeed with a simpler song than struggle with something too difficult.
- You must use a backing track with no backup vocals (we recommend karaoke-version.com for high-quality tracks).
- Please note that a cappella auditions will not be accepted.
- Please be sure to choose a song that’s appropriate for your age – if you’re younger, avoid material with romantic themes that may feel awkward to perform. We’re looking for strong storytelling and connection to lyrics, so pick something you understand and can bring to life. We can’t wait to see what you’ve got!
- To submit a video audition, please record in horizontal mode and introduce yourself and your song before you sing.
- Your video needs to be submitted using a link – it can be a Google drive link, DropBox link, or uploaded to YouTube as an unlisted video. Please make sure the permissions are such that we can access the file; do not make the file private.
RECREATIONAL CLASSES & MINIS
Our Classes and Mini programs are not auditioned, but we would appreciate a video of the potential performer singing 30 seconds of Happy Birthday or any other song of their choice just so we know what they sound like.

TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Videos are to be submitted via unlisted YouTube link, Google drive link, or DropBox link.
- Please record all audition videos in horizontal a mode.
- Backtracks must not have background vocals. Visit karaoke-version.com to buy affordable high-quality backtracks without back up vocals.
- Please upload the unaltered video with no audio post-processing. e.g. Reverb, compression, tuning. Videos with edited audio will not be considered.
