Policies such as the Integrity Commitment and Anti-Bullying Policy ensure that mutual respect and kindness are at the forefront of interactions, while the Communication & Social Media Policy and Electronic Devices Policy promote healthy boundaries and digital responsibility. The Photo & Recording Policy and Privacy Policy safeguard personal information and creativity, and the Sexual Harassment Policy reinforces a commitment to protecting individuals from harm and ensuring everyone feels valued and respected. Additionally, the Attendance & Pick-Up/Drop-Off Policy and Health & Safety Policy help create a structured, secure space for participants and families. When everyone adheres to these guidelines, it builds a community rooted in trust, accountability, and shared values, where individuals can thrive creatively and personally.
